How To Order

Please place your orders online for fastest service.

All prices and descriptions are subject to change without notice. Specifications given are from the manufacturers and importers and we reserve the right to modify the information provided herein. Hardcore Tactical is not responsible for internet order errors. Prices are rarely incorrect but we retain the right to refuse any transaction pending the correction of pricing. We will notify you of any error.

Firearms will not be shipped to you direct. They will be sent to your local FFL (Federal Firearms License) Dealer, who will then perform any local background checks. We can refer you to dealers that will do a transfer for you in almost every city in the USA. We do not ship firearms to non-FFL holders. This is federal law. Please make contact with your local dealer to verify their charges.

Almost every dealer will accept a transfer for you and run local background checks for a fee of around $25.00. If we already have your dealer's license (FFL) on file, there is no need to resend it with each order.

It is important to make sure that your name or order numbers is with the dealer's license so that we know to apply it to your order.

Special Orders

Special Order items may require a deposit, which will normally be notated on the item description. LEFT HAND OR CUSTOM ITEMS ARE NON RETURNABLE AND ORDERS MAY NOT BE CANCELLED ONCE WE HAVE PROCURED YOUR ITEM. Special order deposits are charged immediately. If the order is cancelled on a special order item, Hardcore Tactical will refund all deposited funds, less a cancellation fee of 20% of the value of the item. In most cases, special order items are reserved for the purchaser, which precludes other customers from purchasing the item. Some items may require a deposit equal to the full value of the item, but these are notated. Special Order items are non-returnable, but in many cases are covered by the manufacturers warranty.

Shipping & Handling

We will normally ship to you within 2-3 days unless an item is out of stock. If we receive your order and discover that an item is out of stock, we will notify you of the approximate lead time if it is available.

Please note that some items are unique, hard to obtain, or one-of-a-kind, so Hardcore Tactical reserves the right to cancel your order should an item not be available to ship.

Note, we do not guarantee that boxes and cases will arrive intact (damaged goods are reported to the carrier). We do insure the contents against loss and damage.

We normally will ship US POSTAL. If you need faster shipment, we can ship 2nd Day or Next Day for an extra charge. Contact us to arrange any special shipping requirements.

How To Buy A Pistol or Rifle

We will hold the firearm for approx. 10 days- giving you time to locate an FFL dealer near you. We may be able ship firearms out of the country if you are not in a restricted country and you have an Importation license. Federal firearms laws prevent the sale of a weapon from Hardcore Tactical directly to an individual in another state (we are located in Iowa). We must ship your firearm directly to an FFL Dealer near you. The steps to follow are:

  1. Order your firearm online using our secure shopping cart. If you know the dealer you are going to use at time of order placement (not a requirement) enter his name in the 'Additional Information' field.
  2. Find a dealer near you that will accept the transfer of the firearm for you. Most sporting goods stores will provide this service for a small fee. Also, gun clubs, shooting ranges, etc. may provide this service to you. If you don't know which dealer to use in your area, put a comment in your order and we will help you locate one near you. We have access to a large list of dealers in almost every town in the USA that will gladly handle a transfer for you. Most dealers charge around $25 for a transfer. You must confirm the transfer with your local dealer in advance.
  3. Next, have the dealer send us a copy of his signed license if we don't already have it on file. To check whether a license is on file, contact us.
  4. Make sure the dealer knows the firearm is coming from us. If you used a dealer that we already had on file, call him to let him know that a gun for you is on the way.
  5. We will send you an email when the firearm ships, which will include a tracking number.
  6. We have a full return policy and you have 5 days to inspect the firearm at the dealers shop. All manufacturers warranty restrictions and conditions apply.
