Combined Systems, Inc. was founded in 1981 in response to the increasing demand for less lethal munitions and is marketed under the CTS (Combined Tactical Systems) brand name. Our state of the art facility is located a few miles from the city of Jamestown, PA on a 150+ acre site and has grown into one of the leading producers of high quality and innovative less-lethal munitions available today.
Since the start of CTS less-lethal munitions manufacturing in 1995, we have been striving to create new and innovative tools suited to law enforcement and military personnel. Somewhere between the use of standard voice commands and the use of lethal force is our ever evolving line of less-lethal products.
Realizing the growing need to decrease the number of lawsuits and the use of force complaints it is our goal to provide less-lethal products that are safer, more reliable and user friendly, as well as being competitively priced. We pride ourselves on our course of continuous product improvement.
